Our office is in a charming house that has been renovated into a warm and friendly environment. There is a large parking area for your convenience. The waiting room includes a Play Area and video area for children to relax and feel at home. One of our priorities is to protect the privacy of our families by having a private business office. The treatment rooms have playful decor to help children feel at ease, with many visuals to redirect their focus away from their treatment.
To meet the concerns of our special needs patients, we have handicapped parking, easy access into the building, wheelchair accessible hallways, doorways, treatment rooms and bathroom.
The safety and well-being of our patients is very important to us, therefore we sterilize all of our instruments and treatment rooms to meet or exceed all OSHA regulations.
On the first visit, your child will begin a very important step forward in the care of their teeth, general health, and appearance. The following services will be rendered:
1. A consult with parents/child about importance of diet and brushing your child’s teeth.
2. A thorough examination, cleaning, fluoride, and necessary radiographs or provide emergency care.
3. A discussion about your child’s dental needs and how we expect to meet those needs.
4. Arrange follow-up appointments and payment plan (if needed) for treatment.
In general we would prefer to schedule preschoolers in the morning when they are at their best, therefore, optimizing their dental experience. Dental appointments are an excused absence with proper documentation which we are happy to provide for you. We try to offer after school appointments for school age children, but these times are in high demand.

3. If payment is made in full a 10% discount is applied for private pay portions over $500.
We will be happy to accept payments from insurance companies. Although:

We are not a party to this contract
No insurance pays 100% of all procedures
Benefits are not determined by our office
You are responsible for the “private pay estimate” at the time of the appointment and the balance after 30 days.
We encourage you to ask for assistance in understanding our policies.
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify us 48 hours in advance of your appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled during that time if we have sufficient time to contact them. Thank you for this consideration.
